The Speedmaster is the watch chosen to accompany the man in the enterprise which will change history: the flight in space to reach the moon. In 1969 it was nicknamed “Moon Watch”.
The Flightmaster watches are conceived and created for airplane pilots and their characteristics, in particular the hand which indicates the time zone, confirm this.
The Speedsonic, with its chronometer certificates, represents the apex in terms of precision in the 1970s.
This book offers a complete view of these three models and, to make its consultation easier, is in chronological order by production years for the Speedmaster models and has two separate chapters for Speedsonic and Flightmaster.
